What Up Peeps!

I visited Janakpuri in West Delhi at this place called Kashrid. The place is run by a couple wherein the wife is handling the kitchen including cooking and the guy is handling the front office. The owner is from the IT background. They seemed like a very nice hard working couple towards there dream of making the restaurant work. The most amazing thing is that the kitchen is driven by female employees and not even a single male in the kitchen. The kitchen seemed so clean and organized. Their motive is to provide Wedding Food (Muslim Wedding) Dawat at home. They have variety of dishes of both Mutton and chicken. They also bake almost everything. I fell in love with the bread that they had served me. They are not getting the response that they are looking for and wanting people to visit and try their food. Check out my reaction to this wonderful place.
