Leading in a Constrained Environment

Leading in the military or any environment changes depending on the scarcity of resources. How you make decisions, our willingness to tolerate risks, our need for detail and accuracy does change. The military has been leading in a time of excess for decades, and how the environment is changing.

In this video we will bring to light ways that the environment can affect how we lead, while also discussing tools at our disposal to allow military (USAF) leaders to lead, plan and execute better by integrating the best practices from industry.

We can use industry to compliment military, build on leadership, and create job credibility at the same time.
