Turning a Morse taper 4 from a scrapped lathe part using my vintage lathe

In this video I recycle a scrapped old lathe part to make a #4 Morse taper drill-chuck arbor for this Rohm drill chuck I found at the local flea-market. Most of the turning will be done on my vintage Karger lathe.
