How we built our brick pizza oven.

To add some interest to our Scout meetings and camps, we decided to build a pizza oven.
Because of lockdown, it took a lot longer but we did it.
We still have some improvements to make, like insulating the front and tiling all over. We may also render the entrance so that the door seals better.
It also gave the youngster experience of planning a project, concreting, bricklaying and rendering.
We have now used it. The last time we used it. It took 2 hours to warm up. Then we cooked 90+ pizzas, 3 at a time in 2 hours.
