hey friends,

i’ve reached that point in quarantine where i’m over(!!!) laying and around and ~doing nothing~ and really wanted to get my life together 😤 prior to this week, my quarantine morning routine consisted of: waking up past noon (unless sundays because… turnips), ignoring my *actual* morning routine, mentally bullying myself, and playing too much animal crossing (ok maybe this hasn’t changed). so, i’m honestly v proud of myself for Doing The Thing and feel much better.

i started the week feeling bad that i spent a lot of time playing animal crossing in the mornings, but i realize it’s not necessarily a BAD thing to relax and do things that make you happy – even or especially when they’re “not productive.”

i hope this inspires you to get out of bed! we can do it :’)
