How to fry gnocchi – Fried gnocchi served with Mediterranean style vegetable and chicken breast.

Gnocchi is an Italian potato dumpling made from potato and flour. Normally this is boiled but in this video I’ll show how gnocchi can be shallow fried. Frying gnocchi results in a silky smooth interior whilst being surrounded by a delicious crispy coating.
