* Start with both feet hips width apart

* Move one leg/ foot slightly back to the toes are in line with the front heel

* Place 90% of your weight on the front leg and 10% on the back toe

* Push your hips back and down as you lower your body, keep the chest up and core engaged

* Push back up through the front heel, focussing on the front glute and quad
