Yoga as a Tool for Social Change // Inspiring Minds Series November 2020

Our November Inspiring Minds conversation “Yoga as a Tool for Social Change” features Richard Freeman and Gail Parker, along with pianist/composer Peter Kater. Mind & Life Program Manager Shankari Goldstein is the host for the series.

The conversation on November 18 from 2-3:15pm ET explored how embodied yoga practices can lead to greater self-awareness and agency in contributing to a better world. Among the questions discussed were:

How can embodied yoga practices help us heal emotional wounds and live with greater compassion and love?
