SPICED APPLE COOKIE RECIPE!

Bake @ 350*F for 12-14 minutes.
In a small saucepan, bring to the boil one cup of raisins. Let them sit for 5 minutes, then drain & cool.
Combine the following ingredients…
*1/2 C butter , *1 1/2 C golden brown sugar,
* 1 large egg, *1/4 C milk, *2 & 1/4 C plain flour, *1tsp baking soda, *1/2 tsp salt, *1 tsp cinnamon (heaped) *1 1/2 tsp nutmeg, *1/2 tsp cloves…
Add the raisins, 1 Cup chopped walnuts, 2 medium sized peeled apples, chopped into small pieces,
Drop large tablespoons onto baking paper & bake! 🍪🍏😋
