US and Russian spy satellites on same orbital plane seen over Netherlands, Starlink too!
Satellite tracker Marco Langbroek captured footage of the USA 326 satellite, a Starlink satellite and about 30 minutes later, Russia's Kosmos 2558 satellite. The Russian satellite was launched into the same orbital plane as USA 326, creating speculation that it was sent there to keep an eye on the US spy satellite: https://www.space.com/russia-spacecraft-stalk-us-spy-satellite
