The Sandy Sandbox of Assassin's Creed Origins

With Origins, Assassins Creed has finally gone from being a tech demo that I liked, into a game that I like.

But is it because it's better, or has the sandbox genre just ground me down to the point where I accept the monotony? This video lists 5 things I liked about this game so you can decide for yourself.

Probably my favourite game that I've played this year. It's such a polished and modern title it's left an impression on my tech-loving self, and coupled with the excellent music, I suspect I'll have more than just a few nostalgic memories when I look back at this game in the future.
