I am posting this cause rogers web site instructions where incorrect they finally fixed there website instructions after 41 days it only took me e-mailing complaints store & phone & website complaints and 41 days to fix there web site I was told it would be fixed in few days in the rogers store took them forever lol but least it got fixed https://www.rogers.com/customer/support/article/pairing-the-voice-remote
