URNA (Útvar rychlého nasaždení — “Rapid Deployment Unit”) is an elite special police unit of the 🇨🇿 Czech Republic. Its main tasks are:
• Counterterrorism
— preventing terrorist attacks and conducting anti-terrorist operations.
• Hostage rescue operations
— safely rescuing hostages held by armed individuals.
• High-risk criminal apprehension
— ​​arresting heavily armed, dangerous, or specially trained criminals.
