Battling Over Visitation

The plaintiff says her daughter dated the defendant and they had a daughter. She says her daughter went to rehab after they broke up and she got custody of her grandchild. The defendant got custody back and she claims he’s keeping her from her granddaughter, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff is claiming he’s not the father, so he’s countersuing for defamation and emotional distress.
