Old Rusty Kids Scooter Restoration

I find this next to a garbage can. I think it’s kind of old. Maybe 20-30 years old. It’s just my guess. Anyway I like to display in my house, but need a little restoration first. I know because I don’t keep the original tires, it’s not fully a restoration, but it’s ok to me.
