Striking Actors Can’t Dress Up as Movie and TV Characters

It comes as the Screen Actors Guild announced that actors are not allowed to dress as any recognizable characters from TV and movies this Halloween. Striking actors are also being told not to post photos of any costumes inspired by those characters. The rules were released in a flier stating "We will not promote their content without a fair contract." Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.
