Der Dobermann ist der weltweit prominenteste Thüringer auf 4 Pfoten. Jedoch bei vielen Menschen genießt unser Dobermann noch einen zweifelhaften Ruf.

In dem Beitrag des MDR`s wird Tradition, Geburt, Entwicklung und Ausbildung des heutigen Dobermanns gezeigt. Auch als Familien-, Begleit- und Sporthund zählt er heute zu den beliebtesten Rassen der Welt.

Dieser Film zeigt den wahren Charakter unserer Dobermänner und legt eindeutig dar, dass das Problem immer am Ende der Leine liegt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail vermittelt die Dokumentation das wahre Bild der Rasse. Hierfür gebührt dem Film-Team und allen Anpsrechpartnern im Film der herzliche Dank aller Dobermannzüchter und Halter. Das MDR-Fernsehen zeigte ihn am 18.05.2011 um 21.15 Uhr, und am 01.06.2011 um 10.15 Uhr. Ein Bericht in der Sendung Thüringen Exclusiv. Soweit bekannt, kann der Originalbeitrag für ca. 39 Euro beim MDR als digitale Version bestellt werden.

The Doberman is the world's most prominent Thuringian on 4 paws. However, for many people, our Doberman still enjoys a dubious reputation.

This film shows the true character of our Dobermans and sets clearly that the problem always lies at the end of the leash.
