FLOOD ADVISORY | Excessive rainfall could lead to flash flooding

Flood Advisory until 5:45pm for portions of northwest Bexar County, western Medina, western Bandera and central Kendall Counties - also for portions of northern Val Verde County.

TODAY:
Pockets of Rain, Mainly Cloudy
HIGHS: 90 - 94
WINDS: ESE 6 - 12mph

Mainly cloudy skies through the day. Cold front approaches from the north. This, combined with tropical moisture will be a trigger for showers & storms to develop. Activity will be isolated to scattered, so not everyone sees rain. But those that do will see locally heavy downpours. Highs range from the upper 70s in the northern Hill Country to the mid 90s south.

SUNDAY:
Variably Cloudy, 60% Rain
HIGHS: 86 - 90
WINDS: NE 6 - 12mph

Cold front a little further south, combined with tropical moisture will lead to scattered showers & storms. Activity will be slow moving with heavy rainfall, which may lead to pockets of flash flooding. We are under a level 1 of 4 (marginal) risk of excessive rainfall/flooding. Highs remain in the 80s for most.

MONDAY:
Partly Sunny, 20% Rain
HIGHS: 87 - 91
WINDS: NE 6 - 12mph

Patchy morning clouds and an isolated rain chance then turns partly sunny. Later in the day, still can't rule out a isolated pop-up shower or thunderstorm but most areas will stay dry.
