This is a Ho Chi Minh City walk wherever my eyes lead me. There was no special plan, so I strolled from Tân Sơn Nhất airport deep into the city. The weather was excellent, and I walked for a long time along the big streets of the big city, absorbing its scale, which is so lacking in my coastal resort town of Nha Trang. People in these non-touristy areas often greeted me with smiles and hellos, and this is what I really love about Vietnam - the friendliness of the locals.
