This Etude comes from a collection of 12 arrangements of works for unaccompanied violin by J. S. Bach. They are all movements from Suites or Sonatas. These transcriptions were made by French-American composer Marcel Grandjany. This Eutde is a transcription of the Prelude from Partita No. 3. The original for unaccompanied violin is in E Major, but this transcription by Marcel Grandjany is in Eb Major. This video was made by Barend Bieldt of BZN Productions.
