Albanese having his ‘worldview change’ while sitting as Prime Minister
Sky News contributor Joe Hildebrand says Anthony Albanese is having “a lot of his worldview change” now that he is “sitting in the lodge” as Prime Minister.
“Rather than being a factional warrior for the left of the Labor party,” Mr Hildebrand told Sky News host Sharri Markson.
Mr Hildebrand’s comments come as both Mr Albanese and Foreign Minister Penny Wong received criticism for their stances on the Israeli-Hamas conflict.
The Sky News contributor says Mr Albanese has been “stronger” in his support of Israel than Ms Wong has been.
“He never called on Israel to show restraint for example in the aftermath of the Hamas attacks.”
