Being a YouTuber When Nothing Is Happening

For the last 19 months, my life has been full of movement. New places, long drives, national parks, small towns, and living full time out of my Subaru as I traveled the country.

Right now… none of that is happening.

I’m in Florida. Staying with my brother. Living in a house. Waking up, doing chores, running errands, and settling into something that feels very normal.

And as a YouTuber, that’s a strange place to be.

It’s easy to pick up a camera when something exciting is happening.
It’s much harder when life gets quiet — when there’s no obvious story, no destination, no “reason” to film.

In this video, I talk about what it feels like to be a YouTuber when nothing is happening, how quickly you can fall out of the habit of filming, and how comfortable it can feel to stop sharing everything for a while.

This isn’t a travel video.
It’s not about car life.
It’s just an honest look at a quiet in-between season.
