In this video, we share three effective exercises to correct anterior pelvic tilt. These exercises stretch and strengthen key muscles, requiring no special equipment.
Exercise 1: Backward Pelvic Rotation
Stand close to a wall with your back, heels shoulder-width apart. Press your lower back, hips, and shoulders against the wall while keeping your knees straight. Hold for 10 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10 times.
Exercise 2: Straight Leg Bridge
Lie on your back with knees bent. Lift your pelvis as high as possible while keeping your shoulders on the floor. Straighten one leg parallel to the floor for five seconds. Return the leg and repeat with the other leg. Complete two sets of 10 repetitions.
Exercise 3: Front Thigh Stretch
Kneel with one foot forward, maintaining 20 cm between knees. Keep your pelvis facing forward. Pull the heel of your back foot towards your buttocks, ensuring your pelvis doesn't sag.
