I made this edit not thinking I would get it done in time for International Women's Day, but here we are! It's been a rough month for me, but editing has always been my way of coping through things. And I realized the more I was editing this video, I wanted to share it with all of you on this day. Being a women is tough. We are raised to make men comfortable even if it's at the expense of ourselves, and it's time to change that narrative of the role they put on us. That's why videos like these inspire, and I hope mine inspires you. All the women in my video are from movies and tv shows with the exception of AOC's speech at the beginning.
