Panasonic AG4700 (NV-HS1000) has a strange head fault. Let's fix it.

The Panasonic AG-4700 is almost identical to the NV-HS1000 and very similar to other models which share the K-mechanism. Here we have a problem with (what appears to be) persistent head clogging, but turns out to be much weirder than that.
