Thick And Creamy Alfredo Sauce // Quick Alfredo Sauce Recipe Using Half and Half

1/2 stick of butter
A drizzle of olive oil (about a teaspoon)
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 cup of half and half
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

For The Roux:
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of flour
