Hi everyone!!

A few months ago I watched a movie called mid90s (16+) and I am absolutely obsessed with its coloring and production, so I thought I'd try to make a video inspired by it. I was originally planning on making the next part to the Heather series, but I guess I was just so excited in the moment, I wanted to make this video asap.

Making this video felt like a rollercoaster of emotions. There were so many failed recording attempts that ended up being too laggy because of the set and I had to constantly adjust it so that my computer would stop freezing. However, it actually turned out better than I expected after rendering, so yay!

Storyline:
The following video was recorded and compiled by Violet (the girl with the bucket hat) in 1995 as a collection of her teenage memories. Back then, she always hung out with her friends in East LA, where she met a guy named Jonah, who worked at a convenience store. Violet was always eager to leave school, so that she could see Jonah during the late afternoons and evenings. Friendships, future partnerships, and nostalgic memories sparked in that moment and were all caught on film by Violet's VHS camera.
