Rescue two poor puppies who were tied up by a man selling lottery tickets to the slaughterhouse.
On the day of patrol and rescue, we found two dogs tied up behind electric bicycles. The man is carrying them to sell. We negotiated with the man to buy two poor dogs. We bring them back to the care center and will find them a nice new owner.
