Well, for those who are unfamiliar with Billy Kincaid, this supervillain here can easily be categorized as one of the most sickening and detestable enemies that Spawn has ever come across. The fictitious character of Billy Kincaid first made an appearance in the fifth issue of the comic book way back in the year 1992 as a pedophile and a perverted serial killer and has since then been a recurring antagonist battling against Spawn. He is sadistic in nature, hideously obese and an evil human being with a penchant for luring his child victims inside his ice cream truck.
