Trap is an upcoming American psychological thriller film written, directed, and produced by M. Night Shyamalan. The film stars Josh Hartnett, Ariel Donoghue, Saleka Shyamalan, Hayley Mills, and Alison Pill. It is scheduled to be released on August 2, 2024.

A serial killer, dubbed "The Butcher", joins his daughter at a concert for pop star Lady Raven, an event he realizes is a trap set by police to catch him.
