On this day, we honor Saint Thomas the Apostle—the one who once doubted, but later brought the message of Jesus Christ to the shores of India nearly 2,000 years ago. This day is celebrated as the Feast of Saint Thomas and also as Yeshu Bhakti Divas—Indian Christian Day.

He did not come with armies or riches. He came with the Gospel.
From the coasts of Kerala to the hills of Malayattoor, from Palayur to his martyrdom in Chennai—his journey left behind footprints of grace that shaped the Christian heritage of India.

Let us remember his courage, his faith, and his sacrifice.
Let us reflect on a truth often forgotten: Christianity is not foreign to India. It is rooted in her soil—planted by the hands of an apostle.
