Firewood Restaurant Delivery in Snowy Ohio!

What a cold spell! The temperature was in the high 20's today in northeast Ohio. This is the coldest May I can remember for a while. This restaurant uses both oak and cherry wood for their smoker. The owner wanted to do some rearranging with the wood pile location so I offered to bring the delivery in two separate loads to help us lay pallets when the other wood was all gone. This new layout opens up his back lot and makes things easier on the cooks. He was very pleased with our service and our commitment to customer satisfaction. In any service business it is the little things that makes the customer take notice and more likely to call you for repeat business.
