DIY // Button Up Dress or Shirt (Self Drafting Process)

You may have noticed by now that I'm quite obsessed with button up shirts. So, I thought I'd give it a go at making my own from scratch using a self drafting process - aka. no pattern!
In this tutorial I share the steps that worked for me in creating these garments and share the various styles you can choose from to create your dream button up piece - puffy or regular sleeves, dress or shirt length, and altering collar choices. Such a great staple piece to have in any wardrobe!

Suggested Fabric Amount Required (based off mini dress with short puff sleeves):
Size Extra Small = 1.75m
Size Small = 2m
Size Medium = 2.25m
Size Large = 2.5m
Size Extra Large = 2.75m
(add or take 0.25 metres for anything larger or smaller than these sizes)
The above is in relation to ordering fabric off the roll which is approx 1.4m wide.
