What's going on everybody?!? SeanPierceJohnso here and welcome to another Winter NAMM 2019 video. This is a very special video because I got to touch history.
Shortly before his untimely death, Stevie Ray Vaughan took delivery of a very special Soldano SLO100. That seems strange to some but those close to Stevie have said he was quite excited about the idea of being able to achieve the tone he was looking for with a great master volume so he wasn't blowing everyone away.
Although he didn't spend nearly as much time with it as some of his other amps, the SRV SLO100 has become something of legend. Now, Mike Soldano has brought it to the NAMM show to celebrate his new partnership with Boutique Amps Distribution. And I got to play it...
