As a professor, Kandarp excels in teaching MBA students how to approach negotiations from a creative frame of mind, bringing his previous training as an actor into the classroom. In his talk, Kandarp advocates several strategies for overcoming creative blocks and developing a sense of humility in the idea generating process in order to unleash creative potential.

Kandarp Mehta is a Senior Lecturer at IESE Business School. His research has focused on creativity in organizations and negotiations. His teaching focuses on these topics across several management education programs. He has also been actively involved with theatre, as a director, script writer as well as a performer.
