Winter walks have been our daily and we're obsessed with getting Preston out in the snow. There's no direct correlation with the snow and working out,  but most of this video ended up being a review on the Tonal workout system. I posted it a couple times to instagram and so many people had so many questions so I thought I'd give it almost a review.
I'm truly enjoying the Tonal; closest thing to a gym I've found yet and finally sore again after training!
