This program gets you ready to supervise construction, understand the science behind it, and how to manage it in terms of administrative work, contracts, processing. Co-op component is unique, where students have to go to a workplace in positions like junior estimating, junior management. Students also learn how to work in team environment. Courses include contract law, economics, blueprint reading, estimating, building science, math and a lot of construction science courses. All faculty have industry experience.
