Proma THC not working while cutting

Video #2 shows all my setup screens from beginning to end and the problems I am having with the torch height control for Z axis.

I can get the Proma THC working in test mode, but not while cutting.

Mach3, sheet cam, 100PSI, 65 amps Hypertherm 85, 130 Volts, (all recommended settings from Hypertherm manual)
