A summary of my ear stretching journey from the beginning 14g stretch to 00g / 10mm . This video goes over each stretching period individually and some notes of how each went. It's a great summary of the things I tried and what I learned along the way. From tapers, taping, and dead stretching ... to jewelry materials and aftercare changes. 00g was my initial goal size but I'm still stretching and continuously learning along the way.
