DISCLAIMER: Yes. The puppy seen in the video could have technically been "in training" making a mistake but considering the lady didn't correct the dog for pulling towards employees or other customers, as well as encouraged the dog to "kiss" merchandise that she placed back on the store shelves, I made the sharp opinion of going 'yeah.. thats not okay'.
