Juicy Tender fall of the bone slow cooked in a thick delicious gravy with carrots.
Braising is typically used for simmering tough meats for hours, but it works beautifully (and much more quickly!) with tender cuts, too.I paired lamb chops with rosemary and thyme for big flavor and boy this was SOOOOO DELICIOUS!!!
Served it with some creamy mash potatoes and veg. DEFINITE MUST TRY!!!
