Wreck Diving in Norway: Minenräumschiff 26

Short video clip and some photos of this wreck far up in the north of Norway (my northmost dive so far)
MRS 26 was first planned as a cargo ship but then built as a minesweeper. In 1944 it was located in Finnmark while Russians were already heavily attacking this area. End of October, Russian bombers damaged MRS26 and the captain deceided to look for shallow water in Hopseidet where the ship finally sank.
Most of the ammunition and some parts of the ship itself were salvaged later. Still a very impressive dive in only about 10m of clear water. Lots of fish often block the view on the wreck ;-)
