Fender Texas Special & Lindy Fralin Blues Special pickups Demo / Comparison

Here's my personal review of these two famous single coil pickup sets so that you can appreciate the real and subtle (or not!) differences between the stock pickups on the modest Fender American Special Stratocaster and the acclaimed Lindy Fralin's version of them.

Again, this is not a personal skills demo, so don't expect to hear fancy stuff or killing guitar chops from it, is actually quite the opposite so that you can hear both pickup sets performing in the exact same situations (everything is set up, e.q, and mic'ed identically in all the clips)

Signal chain : Fender American Special Stratocaster, Mogami 2524 cable, Matchless C30R amp head, ENGL 1x12 cab (Celestion V30) and on the last section i used a Maxon OD9 pedal.
