GTA 5 - How to steal and keep the jet in Story mode (No cheats, very easy!)

This is probably the easiest way possible to steal the military jet from Fort Zancudo in GTA V Story Mode and keep it. Although you can still use some of the tactics shown in this video in GTA Online, you can't do it exactly the same way.
