Bike Ride Spain - Try riding the Via Verde de la Sierra with Hike and Bike the Sierras

This is a short video from Hike and Bike the Sierras showing some parts of the disused railway which has been converted into a cycleway near Ronda in Andalucia. Spain has a network of Via Verdes for leisure cyclists and walkers. Converted railway lines make ideal ways for peole to enjoy the country side without traffic and along easy to navigate routes.

The Via Verde de la Sierra is a 36km long Via Verde with 30 tunnels and passes a Vulture nesting site, arguably the nicest via verde in Andalucia.

Hike and Bike provide bike hire and equipment for you to complete the whole of the Via Verde de la Sierra. Starting in Olvera and finishing at Puerto Serrano. You are transported to Olvera by minibus from Ronda and returned to Ronda after the ride.
