Asus z170a corsair hydro Series h100i v2 Cpu fan error

My pump was not working. I tried to open and clean inside the pump but I couldn't opened the screws, because there needed a speacial screw driver to open them. I have sent my device to corsair with RMA. I have just paid 15$ shipping cost. They repaiered and resend me free. All this things happened in 2 weeks.
