Dear viewers, in this episode, I have discussed the legal process of getting married again. Islam never encourages third marriages, but if necessary, you can get married again. If your wife is physically ill. If your wife is ill related to marital relations. If your wife does not have children, then you can get married again. To get married again, you have to apply to the chairman of the concerned union council of your wife's area. After receiving your application, the chairman of the concerned union council or the arbitration council will issue a notice to your wife and fix a date for arbitration. On the day of the arbitration, you will have to make your wife present before the concerned chairman or the arbitration council r the chairman will verify the reason why you want to get married again. If the reason for your second marriage is valid, then the concerned chairman or arbitration council will give you permission to get married again. With this permission, you can get married again. A second marriage cannot be done without the permission of the concerned chairman or arbitration council. If you get married again without the permission of the concerned arbitration council or chairman, then your second marriage will not be legally valid because in Islam, Muslim law also clearly states that a second marriage cannot be registered without the permission of the arbitration council or chairman. Therefore, if you want to get married again, you will have to follow this procedure to get married again.
