We heard so much about Shimnoya Yakitori from other food influencers on YouTube, but we had to check it out for ourselves. After a minor wait of 10-15 minutes, we were seated. We were quickly overwhelmed (in a good way) by the many sounds of the active restaurant: the loud sizzling of the grill, laughs from groups of friends and coworkers around us, and the waiters yelling out orders to the chef. The chef is on display in front of the entire restaurant, which gives you a preview of what you could order, as well as showing off how freshly cooked all the options are.

We ordered and review the rare beef steak, the original yakitori, the chicken meatballs (my personal favorite - if you come here, you must try it), and many more.

Overall, it's a place that must be experienced to understand. Just go, you won't regret it.
