AT&T 3G Shutdown - If Your Phone Has Been Deactivated by AT&T, Try This! (BlackBerry Passport, Sony)

If you are like me and got a text message recently saying your device is too old or doesn't support Voice over LTE, then I would recommend trying this! First, make sure your phone does have the LTE bands needed to be supported but a lot more devices are supported than are currently being provisioned by AT&T automatically. Instead of calling customer support, make sure to chat with technical support ONLINE. It makes all the difference. My BlackBerry Passport lives another day!
