Not too long ago, I was a total hot mess behind-the-scenes in my business 😅

My “organization system” basically consisted of a giant to-do list. I had a collage of post-its scattered across my desk, to-dos scribbled in a dozen different notebooks, random notes on my phone, and everything else stored inside my brain.
Guess how well that worked for me? 😭

I realized I had to step up my game and start treating my business like a business!

That meant embracing the tool Asana and creating ONE central dashboard with everything I needed to run and grow my business.

All my to-dos were beautifully organized and colour coded in one place. Along with all my appointments. My marketing and content calendar. My templates for every single service I offered, with each step documented and in order (so I never had to worry about forgetting anything).

Finally, I felt confident, focused, and in control. I began acting like a true CEO, and my business started to boom 🚀
